The CoE Summit 2026 brings the Centers of Excellence of the UNITED VARS alliance together – three days of close exchange, joint work, and personal encounters with CoE members, SAP representatives, and solution partners.
You have been invited personally, because you are part of our alliance. This summit is your opportunity to strengthen the collaboration within the Centers of Excellence, deepen the partnership with SAP, and build new connections.
Costs
For active members, UNITED VARS covers local event costs. Travel and hotel are split 50/50 and reimbursed via the T&E form within 30 days. CoE guests are self-funded.

October Tuesday
Our opening day. Over the course of the day you can expect keynotes, insights from SAP, our solution partners, and the Centers of Excellence, plus interactive formats like a World Café. A mix of input and hands-on exchange to get everyone into the conversation. If you have a topic you would like to bring in, get in touch with us while we are shaping the agenda.

October Wednesday
A full working day, exclusive to CoE members. Each Center of Excellence sets its own agenda and goes deep on the topics that matter most. This is the space to align on shared challenges, work through open questions, and turn everyday collaboration into concrete outcomes. Room to move forward on what is on your list, together with the people who face the same questions.

October Thursday
A second full working day, now together with SAP. The CoE teams continue their own agenda in direct dialogue with SAP representatives. Time to work through open points, build the connections that make the alliance stronger, and turn three days of shared exchange into practical results. You leave with concrete takeaways for your daily work and new contacts across the alliance to build on.

Travel information
Getting there
Fly into Valencia Airport (VLC), about 20 minutes from the hotel. Metro lines 3 and 5 run to the centre; please arrange airport transfers yourself.
On-site transfers
A shuttle runs between the hotel, the venue in Paterna, and the dinner venue from 13 to 15 October.
Visa
Schengen visa processing can take several weeks. Request an official invitation letter during registration as early as possible.
